Given that the minister is in possession of a report, of which the conclusions and recommendations are clear-cut, is it or is it not the case that the minister, his staff or his office, subsequent to the receipt of this report, contacted the Office of Workplace Services and suggested that further work be done so as to provide the minister with a report which was more suitable to the minister’s political convenience?
