(1) Schedule 5, item 1, page 11 (line 10), after “in this way if”, insert “you started to *hold the asset on or after 10 May 2006”.
(2) Schedule 5, item 1, page 11 (lines 11 to 16), omit paragraphs 40-72(1)(a), (b) and (c).
