I move:

(1) That so much of standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the Voice for Animals (Independent Office of Animal Welfare) Bill 2015 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the stage reached in the 44th Parliament.
