On behalf of the Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on the National Capital and External Territories, I move:

That the Joint Standing Committee on the National Capital and External Territories be authorised to hold public meetings during the sittings of the Senate as follows:(a) on Wednesday, 28 October 2009 from 12.30 pm to 2 pm; and(b) on Thursday, 29 October 2009 from 10 am to noon.
