That document included advice to the Senate with respect to agency appointments and so on. I think you may not have called it, Mr Acting Deputy President? If so, I seek the call.

I am informed, Senator Barnett, that that will come up again on Thursday.

That particular document?

The Acting Deputy President:

Yes, that particular document.

It is listed in the Notice Paper at page 9 and I am keen to make a contribution as I will not be here on Thursday. It is listed as number 63.

The Acting Deputy President:

I am informed that it is a new item and that it was taken note of yesterday. It is on the Notice Paper because it is a new item. It will arise again, and you will be able to discuss it, on Thursday.

Yes, but it is on the Notice Paper. It is on the red, and it is on the Notice Paper at page 9. I draw the Senate’s attention to the reports that are set out on page 9. It was moved last night by our acting whip, Senator Williams, that they would take note of the reports and seek leave to continue their remarks.

The Acting Deputy President:

It was moved yesterday and dealt with yesterday. So it is not available today. It is on page 10 and available on Thursday.
