The last part of my question was, and this is with regard to a state branch: 'registered officer or a deputy registered officer of a state branch of that political party where the branch is also a party registered with the AEC'. So it is not just about the state branches, because some state branches are registered with the AEC and it concerns different parties, as I am aware.
