Polling day, or whatever you call it. Sorry. Polling day under the act, okay. Therefore, pre-poll is prior to the commencement of the application of this part. Does that mean that the new ballot paper—even though this part only commences post 1 July—will in effect have an earlier application for the purposes of people casting their vote in the pre-poll? If that is the case, what is the legal basis of that? Is it simply the statutory note? Because, elsewhere in the act, there is a prescription as to the ballot paper.
