Mr Temporary Chairman, I raise a point of order. Chairs tonight have consistently ruled that speakers have to address the question before the chair. The question before the chair is a specific amendment about the commencement date and I do not know how the sexual innuendo that Senator Dastyari is spreading around the chamber is in any way relevant to the question before the chair.
