Mr President, I ask a supplementary question. It is very rare indeed that I am able to rise and thank the minister for his answer. I refer the minister to page 60 of the Treasury’s modelling for the proposed Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme, released only 11 days ago, on 30 October this year. It says:

… Australian manufacturing is expected to continue its historical decline.

That is a proposition that the minister now says he disagrees with. Is it therefore the minister’s view that the Treasury modelling of the proposed Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme is fatally flawed?
