I wish to advise that we have with us today the foreign minister from Guatemala, His Excellency Carlos Morales, who is here to open their newly established embassy. We also have Her Excellency Ms Connie Taracena Secaira, the ambassador for Guatemala.

We also have with us Mr Stuart Henry, the former member for Hasluck. We make them all most welcome.
