I rise to conclude the debate on this cognate legislation. In summing up the debate I wish to thank every member who has contributed to it. I would like to particularly thank the member for Bradfield, who, before the election, chaired a coalition working group to re-establish the Australian Building and Construction Commission, and the other members of that group: the members for Ryan, Forrest and Kooyong. With that I recommend the bill to the House.
