On behalf of the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights, I present the committee's fourth report of 2012, entitled Examination of legislation in accordance with the Human Rights (Parliamentary Scrutiny) Act 2011: Interim report—Social Security Legislation Amendment (Fair Incentives to Work) Bill 2012. I will not be seeking leave to make a statement. I will have to ask a Senate member of the committee to do so in the Senate.

In accordance with standing order 39(f) the report was made a parliamentary paper.
