I thank the honourable member for his question and I must say that we on this side of the House are committed to fair and safe workplaces. A feature of a fair workplace is transparent representation. And that is why we introduced into the House legislation to establish the Registered Organisations Commission. This commission will improve the conduct of unions to the benefit of their members. In fact, people will be actually able to determine whether they are a member of a union or not.

I am asked are there any obstacles that the government faces? I can say as always there are lots of obstacles over there. Because every day we see more evidence of—
