If you look beyond the temporary fencing which is just in front of the sign—I am hoping you are picturing this—there is no entrance into a building, there is no car park for doctors' cars, there is no ambulance bay; there is just a vacant paddock with dirt and a truck and a tractor in the background. I just want to update the Labor Party that patients cannot be seen in that sort of a setting; patients cannot be seen by construction workers driving a backhoe or a bobcat or a truck; they cannot see patients in those unhygienic circumstances. I think it is important for the Labor Party to understand that. They are cocky at the moment and they believe they are going to be returned at the next election. I think it is important for people to understand that they did make considerable mistakes when they were last in government and they have learnt nothing since. They are all full of confidence at the moment. We have seen it demonstrated today by the assistant minister for infrastructure and by the shadow Treasurer as well. They were a bad government. The Rudd-Gillard-Rudd years were bad for this country; they were a bad government.
