Order! The member for North Sydney will resume his seat. I would like to say to the member for O’Connor that, for the last hour and a half, I have listened to his running commentary on everything that has proceeded. I am tempted to arrange that he have one of the redundant soundproof barriers on the second floor above me, where he can rabbit on all he likes and it will not affect my blood pressure! But it is not my intention to answer questions about procedures. If members wish to raise points of order they can, but they cannot abuse the processes of the House to try to make points. I think that we have now had our fun. I could have brought this to a quicker end by calling for reports.
