That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than 5 pm on Thursday, 22 October 2026, copies of any briefing notes, ministerial submissions, emails and electronic or other instant messages created after 1 October 2026 between the Minister for Climate Change and Energy or his office and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water that relate to the United States of America's decision to temporarily lift certain sanctions on diesel from the Russian Federation.
