I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, by no later than 5 pm on Thursday, 5 November 2026, copies of all ministerial submissions, emails, briefing notes, meeting notes and electronic or instant messages created after 1 August 2026 between the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations or her office and the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations in relation to:

(a) stakeholder consultation on the proposed Fair Work Court; and

(b) implementation timelines for the proposed Fair Work Court.
