I move:
That the Senate—
(a) notes that the Special Minister of State has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 712, agreed to on 15 September 2026, relating to certain ministerial submissions; and
(b) requires the Special Minister of State to comply with the order by no later than midday on 16 October 2026.
