I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Resources, by no later than midday on Monday, 12 October 2026:

(a) all ministerial submissions and briefs on the proposed North to East Australian Pipeline project (NEAP);

(b) all records of meetings, calls or correspondence between the minister or her office and the Northern Territory Government or any Northern Territory departments regarding the proposed NEAP;

(c) all records of meetings, calls or correspondence between the Department of Industry, Science and Resources (DISR) and the Northern Territory Government or any Northern Territory departments regarding the proposed NEAP;

(d) all records of meetings, calls or correspondence between the minister or her office and the APA Group;

(e) all records of meetings, calls or correspondence between the DISR and the APA Group;

(f) all records of meetings, calls or correspondence between the minister or her office and Santos;

(g) all records of meetings, calls or correspondence between the DISR and Santos; and

(h) any assessment by or for DISR on the cost of the NEAP and potential funding mechanisms.

The question is that general business notice of motion No. 735 standing in the name of Senator Thorpe be agreed to.
