I understand Senator Henderson has agreed to put motion Nos 610 to 615 together, but I further understand that the Greens party wish to vote differently on No. 610.

Sorry, it wasn't that. It's that there was an amendment. That's why I said maybe deal with No. 610 separately.

We'll deal with No. 610, and then, if it's still agreed, we'll do Nos 611 to 615 as a single vote.

I seek leave to amend general business notice of motion No. 610, standing in the name of Senator Henderson.

Leave granted.

At the request of Senator Henderson, I move the motion as amended:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than 7 September 2026, all email correspondence between the Clean Energy Regulator and the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water, between 1 July 2025 to 30 December 2025, which concerns fires from installed batteries under the Cheaper Home Batteries Program.

The question is that general business notice of motion No. 610 standing in the name of Senator Henderson and moved and amended by Senator Kovacic be agreed to.
