At the request of Senator Bragg, I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that:

(i) on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, the Senate agreed to order for the production of documents no. 546, relating to first home guarantees issued by Housing Australia for the 2025-26 financial year, requiring the Minister representing the Minister for Housing (the minister) to comply by no later than midday on Thursday, 2 July 2026, and

(ii) on Thursday, 2 July 2026, the minister provided an interim response from the Minister for Housing stating that additional time was required to respond to the order, and

(iii) the order has not been complied with; and

(b) requires the minister to comply with the order by midday on 19 August 2026.

That the Senate—

(a) notes that:

(i) on Thursday, 2 July 2026, the Senate agreed to order for the production of documents no. 565, relating to executive salaries at Housing Australia for the 2025-26 financial year, requiring the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to comply by no later than midday on Wednesday, 8 July 2026, and

(ii) the order has not been complied with; and

(b) requires the minister to comply with the order by midday on 19 August 2026.
