That the following matter be referred to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee for inquiry and report by 14 September 2026:

The Australian Government's response to the recommendations of the fourth cycle of the Universal Periodic Review, with particular reference to the adequacy of Australia's response to the review and any related matters.
