At the request of Senator Bragg, I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that:

(i) on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, the Senate agreed to order for the production of documents no. 484, relating to the appointment of the Chair of the Housing Australia Board, requiring the Minister representing the Treasurer to comply by midday on Thursday, 14 May 2026, and

(ii) the order has not been complied with; and

(b) requires the Minister representing the Treasurer to comply with the order by no later than midday on Wednesday, 1 July 2026.
