On behalf of Senator Colbeck, I move general business notice of motion No. 542:
That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than midday on Wednesday, 1 July 2026, copies of any document held by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation or the minister's office in the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 that records whether the Clean Energy Finance Corporation has considered, assessed, discussed, approved, offered or provided any loan, investment, guarantee, grant, co-financing or other financial support in connection with the proposed acquisition of Rushy Lagoon in Tasmania, including any brief to a minister and any correspondence with the proposed purchaser or its representatives.

That paragraph (b) of the order agreed to on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, requiring the Minister representing the Minister for Housing to attend the Senate in relation to orders for the production of documents nos. 27 and 119, be amended as follows:
Omit "first day", substitute "second day".
