The coalition will support this motion. Ordinarily we are cautious about orders requiring the production of highly sensitive border and national security documents. However, the awarding of this contract has already been the subject of considerable coalition scrutiny, particularly through Senate estimates, given many worrying elements in the process behind it. Australians deserve confidence that the $4.32 billion aerial surveillance contract was awarded properly. We are pleased One Nation is now following the coalition's lead and the detailed work we have undertaken in pursuing transparency on this matter.

The question is that general business notice of motion No. 538 standing in the name of Senator Roberts be agreed to.
