GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 493

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than 5 pm on Monday, 25 May 2026, any briefings, submissions, documents, files, notes, correspondence or advice provided by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water to the minister and his office that concern the operation of the Cheaper Home Batteries Scheme in the months of July and August 2025 and February 2026, respectively.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 494

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than 5 pm on Monday, 25 May 2026, attachments A, B, C and D received by the Minister for Climate Change and Energy in the ministerial submission with the Parliamentary Document Record number MS26-000271.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 495

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than 5 pm on Monday, 25 May 2026, any briefings, submissions, documents, files, notes, correspondence or advice prepared by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water concerning safety issues with Victoria Interconnector West and Western Renewables Link.

GENERAL BUSINESS NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 496

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Climate Change and Energy, by no later than 5 pm on Monday, 25 May 2026, a document that includes:

(a) for the Rewiring the Nation program, per each investment to date:

(i) the name of the investment project,

(ii) the type of Commonwealth investment (equity stake, debt, loan, etc.),

(iii) the quantum of Commonwealth investment delivered to date,

(iv) the total forecast quantum of Commonwealth investment over the life of the project,

(v) the date of commencement of construction,

(vi) the date of expected project completion,

(vii) the expected date of return on investment to the Commonwealth, and

(viii) the quantum of investment required to be returned to the Commonwealth; and

(b) for the Rewiring the Nation program:

(i) per applicable project, the location of transmission lines being invested in,

(ii) the forecast total length of transmission lines expected to be delivered, and

(iii) the total length of transmission lines delivered to date.
