I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that the Minister representing the Prime Minister has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 356, agreed to on 4 March 2026, relating to the National Anti-Racism Framework; and

(b) requires the Minister representing the Prime Minister to comply with the order by no later than 5 pm on 30 March 2026.

Leave is granted for one minute.

The government tabled the response to this order this morning, and a copy has been provided to the senator. On that basis, the government opposes the motion.

The question is that general business notice of motion No. 456, standing in the name of Senator Faruqi, be agreed to.

A division having been called and the bells being rung—

I seek leave to call off the division. I'm happy to have the government's opposition to that motion recorded.

Leave granted; question agreed to.
