That, to enable senators to attend a meeting of the House of Representatives for an address by Her Excellency the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, on Tuesday, 24 March 2026—

(a) the hours of meeting be 1 pm till adjournment;

(b) items in the routine of business specified to commence at a particular time commence one hour later; and

(c) divisions may take place between 1 pm and 2.30 pm and between 3 pm and 6.30 pm, and if a division is called for between 2.30 pm and 3 pm during senators' statements, it shall be taken at a later hour of the day.
