I move:

That the Senate—

(a) notes that the Minister representing the Treasurer has failed to comply with order for the production of documents no. 317, agreed on 3 February 2026, relating to price gouging reforms; and

(b) requires the Minister representing the Treasurer to comply with the order by no later than midday on 13 March 2026.
