That the following matter be referred to the Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade References Committee for inquiry and report by 13 February 2026:

The current state of democracy and human rights in Burma, with specific consideration of the inability of the upcoming phased elections to serve as a democratic enfranchisement of the people of Burma.
