I seek leave to make a statement concerning ministerial arrangements for question time.

I advise the chamber of changes to ministerial arrangements. Senator Wong will be absent from question time today, on account of ministerial business overseas. In the absence of Senator Wong, I will be the Acting Leader of the Government in the Senate—
