At the request of Senator Henderson, I move:

(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.

(2) That the Commission of Inquiry into Antisemitism at Australian Universities Bill 2024 (No. 2) be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage.
