I move:
(1) That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent this resolution having effect.
(2) That the Human Rights (Parliamentary Scrutiny) Amendment (Consideration of UNDRIP) Bill 2023 be restored to the Notice Paper and consideration of the bill resume at the second reading stage.
