Could I clarify whether the government's response to the Senate Community Affairs References Committee report Assessment andsupport services for people with ADHD is still on the Notice Paper.

What you're asking for is not on the Notice Paper. However, you can seek leave, and then it will be up to the Senate as to whether you're granted leave to speak on it.

I seek leave to take note of the government's response to the Senate Community Affairs References Committee Report Assessment and support services for people with ADHD.
Leave granted.
I move:
That the Senate take note of the document.
And I seek leave to continue my remarks later.
Leave granted; debate adjourned.
