The government cannot agree to the date set out in this motion. As we have said previously, we intend to publicly release the NDIS review report following the next meeting of the National Cabinet. The date for that meeting has not yet been set. However, we undertake to table the report in the Senate for the information of all senators after the meeting has taken place. If necessary, this will be done out of session before the first sitting day of 2024, as was set out in our amendment.
