I move:

That further consideration of the Nature Repair Market Bill 2023 and Nature Repair Market (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2023 only be made an order of the day for the next day of sitting after the Senate passes a bill, or bills, seeking to implement the Government's commitments to significantly overhaul the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.
