by leave—I advise changes to ministerial arrangements. Senator Wong will be absent from question time today on account of ministerial business overseas. In her absence, I will represent the Prime Minister, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Minister for International Development and the Pacific, the Minister for Defence, the Minister for Veterans' Affairs, the Minister for Defence Personnel and the Minister for Defence Industry, in addition to all of my other responsibilities. Senator Gallagher will represent the Minister for Climate Change and Energy and the Minister for the Environment and Water.
