I give notice that, on Wednesday 7 September 2022, I shall move:

That, in accordance with section 5 of the Parliament Act 1974, the Senate approve the proposal by the National Capital Authority for capital works within the Parliamentary Zone relating to new construction and refurbishment works at West Block.

In accordance with the provisions of the act, I present a proposal relating to the works.
