On behalf of the Senate Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention, at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting, to withdraw business of the Senate notices of motion Nos 1 and 5 for 13 sitting days after today, proposing the disallowance of the Australian Citizenship (Special Residence Requirement) Instrument 2021 and the Therapeutic Goods (Standard for Human Cell and Tissue Products—Donor Screening Requirements) Order 2021.
