Mr President, given the nature of proceedings today, rather than giving notice of intention to withdraw two disallowance motions, I seek leave, on behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, to withdraw business of the Senate notices of motion Nos 1 and 3 for today, proposing the disallowance of the Aged Care Legislation Amendment (Royal Commission Response No. 1) Principles 2021 and the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Amendment (No Anchoring Areas) Regulations 2021.
