On behalf of the Standing Committee for the Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, I give notice of my intention at the giving of notices on the next day of sitting to withdraw notices of motion proposing the disallowance of five legislative instruments made under the Industry Research and Development Act 1986, as set out in the list I have provided to the Clerk. I advise the chamber that the list will be circulated to senators with today's notices.
