by leave—I indicate to the Senate that these bills are being introduced together. After debate on the motion for the second reading has been adjourned, I will be moving a motion to have the bills listed on the Notice Paper as indicated on today's Order of Business. At the request of Senator Colbeck in relation to the National Health Amendment (Pharmaceutical Benefits Transparency and Cost Recovery) Bill 2021, and at the request of Senator Stoker in relation to the Royal Commissions Amendment (Protection of Information) Bill 2021, I move:

That the following bills be introduced: A Bill for an Act to amend the National Health Act 1953, and for related purposes, and A Bill for an Act to amend the Royal Commissions Act 1902, and for related purposes.
