I move:

That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for the Environment, by 3 pm on 1 December 2020, the final report of the Samuel Review into the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999.

The EPBC Act requires the government to table the statutory review within 15 sitting days after it's received. The government is currently considering the review and its response, and both will be released prior to the statutory deadline.
