The operation and management of the Department of Parliamentary Services, with particular reference to:

(a) recruitment;

(b) workplace culture;

(c) building and asset management;

(d) contract and procurement management;

(e) general operations and management;

(f) business continuity arrangements;

(g) security arrangements;

(h) services to parliamentarians;

(i) the Parliamentary Library;

(j) implementation of recommendations from past inquiries; and

(k) any related matters.
