At the request of Senator Ruston, I move:

That—

(a) if the notice of motion proposing the disallowance of the Industry Research and Development (Water for Fodder Program) Instrument 2019 standing in the name of Senator Hanson-Young for 1 September 2020 has not been finally resolved by 12.45 pm on Wednesday, 2 September 2020, the notice of motion shall be called on and considered at 5 pm that day; and

(b) if consideration of the motion is not concluded by 5.30 pm, the question on the unresolved motion shall then be put.
