While Senator Cash stole my thunder in welcoming former Senate President Alan Ferguson back to the chamber, I would like to welcome Alan Ferguson back to the chamber. He is leading the Australian Political Exchange Council's 13th delegation from New Zealand. On behalf of all senators, I welcome you to Australia and in particular to the Senate and to question time.
