Regional Forest Agreements; Order for the Production of Documents

I move:
That there be laid on the table by the Minister representing the Minister for Agriculture and Water Resources, by no later than 9.30 am on 6 December 2018, any documents relating to the variation, renewal, roll-over or extension of the following Regional Forest Agreements:
(a) New South Wales – Eden;
(b) New South Wales – North East; and
(c) New South Wales – Southern.

There is absolutely no need for this motion to go forward, as Senator Rice has been informed that the regional forest agreements, as varied, are already planned to be tabled in the House of Representatives tomorrow. It should also be noted that the Regional Forest Agreements Act 2002 requires an amended regional forest agreement to be tabled within 15 days of it being amended. Tomorrow is well within that time frame.
