Before I call the next question, I draw the attention of honourable senators to the presence in the chamber of the Speaker of the New Zealand House of Representatives, the Rt Hon. Trevor Mallard MP. On behalf of all senators, I wish you a warm welcome to Australia and, in particular, to the Senate.
