I draw to the attention of honourable senators the presence in the chamber of a parliamentary delegation from the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam led by Her Excellency Madam Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, President of the National Assembly. On behalf of all senators, I wish you a warm welcome to Australia and, in particular, to the Senate. With the concurrence of honourable senators, I invite the President to take a seat on the floor of the Senate.
