In the short time that is available to me I want to talk about two things that are very close to the heart of Western Australians. Of course, the first is GST distribution reform, but I will not go there. But I would like to touch briefly on those remarkable Western Australians that were honoured on Monday by the Queen's Birthday 2017 Honours List.
